Welcome to Innocence Matters, a  nonprofit organization dedicated to preventing wrongful convictions through education, prevention and reform.  This year, Innocence Matters laid the groundwork for the "I Am Innocent" preventative program, which will teach the innocent how to build a record of their innocence and get the most from their court-appointed lawyer.  For more information about our work, visit the I Am Innocent, featured cases and success stories pages.
